 We currently have the following openings:

ON-CALL RN  Salaried position to take on-call after hours to triage and possibly do visits for home care patients M-Th.  Must have demonstrated problem solving skills as well as a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.  Contact HR for more information.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST Full-time or PRN position for admissions and casemanagement of therapy only patients.  Must be licensed in the State of Indiana.  Contact HR for more information.

HOME HEALTH AIDE PRN position. Must be Certified Nurse Assistant or have taken the course to be a CNA or registered Home Health Aide. Previous hospice or homecare experience a plus.
